Precision Press & Label is pleased to offer our customers the ability to submit electronic art filest directly to our Prepress Department via internet E-mail. In order to avoid delays in the processing of your order, please use the following criteria as a guide when submitting your files.

We currently utilize Power Macintosh for all prepress operations.

We can accept files generated with the following graphic design software:

Adobe Illustrator CS3 (preferred format)
Adobe Photoshop CS3
Adobe InDesign CS3
Freehand 11
Quark Xpress 7
Corel Draw 11

We can also accept artwork in the following media formats:

3.5" Floppy Disks
CD / DVD Rom
Email

Fonts and Graphics:

Include ALL screen and printer fonts or convert type to outlines. Include ALL placed files, EPS files and their originals, TIFF's, PICT's, and Photoshop documents. Bitmap images should be saved in CMYK format at 300 dpi resolution or higher. We cannot use files saved in JPEG or GIF format.

Note about Fonts: When using files created with the applications listed above be sure to include all font files used, otherwise please convert all type to outlines, curves, or paths.
